丝瓜炒鸡蛋、香菇和枸杞 Loofah fried with scrambled eggs, mushrooms and Chinese wolfberry


在面子书看到朋友煮了这道菜,我也来试煮了。不错吃!


原料:

嫩丝瓜两条(中),鸡蛋3个,香菇4朵、枸杞一些、油、精盐、浓缩鸡精汁、水、姜片、蒜蓉各适量。

做法:

1) 嫩丝瓜去皮,洗净,切成斜刀片;香菇洗净,浸泡软后切片;枸杞洗净后浸泡,将鸡蛋打人碗内加精盐搅散,待用。

2) 将油烧热,倒入鸡蛋液炒熟,盛出装盘。

3) 将烧热余油,放入姜片爆香,倒入香菇炒香,盛出装盘。

4) 将油烧热 ,放蒜末炸香,倒入丝瓜片煸炒,加入枸杞炒一炒,加入水、浓缩鸡精汁略焖,倒人炒熟的鸡蛋块和香菇,撒人精盐(如果不够咸),勾芡(随意)盛出装盘即成。

Ingredients:
2 loofah  (medium), 3 eggs, 4 Shitake mushrooms , wolfberries, some oil, salt, concentrated chicken stock, water, 2 ginger slices, some chopped garlic.

Method:

1) Loofah peeled, washed, cut diagonally ; mushrooms washed, soaked and sliced; wolfberries washed and soaking, beat the eggs, add salt and stir well, set aside.

2) Heat oil, fry the eggs, dish out.

3) Heat the remaining oil, add ginger sliceand fry until fragrant, pour the mushrooms and saute, dish out.

4) Heat oil, put garlic fry till fragrant, pour loofah slices stir-fry, add wolfberry stir fry, add water and a little concentrated chicken stock and simmer.Add in  fried eggs and mushrooms, sprinkle some salt(if needed), dish out. and serve.

 我也买了这个菜来煮。简单的一道菜,清甜、好吃!我还不知道这菜是什么名称!哈哈。。。

 I also bought this dish to cook. Simple dish, sweet, delicious! I do not know what is the name of this dish! Haha....
