I tried to use up some canned peaches and pineapples and this cake recipe is easy to handle and taste wonderful. It's a good choice to bake this cake for dessert after dinner ..... After taking the pictures of this cake, I realised that I didn't dust the snow powder on the cake..... arghhhhh.... So, I dusted it for the 3/4 of cake. ^^
Ingredients:
100g butter, soften at room temperature
150g caster sugar
50g butter milk(Full cream milk added 1tsp lime/lemon juice)
3 eggs, lightly beaten, room temperature
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lime juice
210g plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
some canned peaches and pineapples to fill up the top of the cake
