Chrysanthemum with wolfberry jelly菊花枸杞水晶糕





大约15g 干菊花 (浸洗干净)备用
枸杞子适量
蔗糖适量
1250ml 水

2tsp美人鱼菜燕粉


做法:

1.  把1250ml的水煮沸后,加入浸洗干净的菊花煮大概15分钟,加入枸杞子略煮片刻,熄火。
2.  把菊花花朵和杞子拿起来,加入蔗糖,当蔗糖融化后,把2tsp (加点水伴均)倒入。
3.  再把菊花茶煮至燕粉融化即可。
4.  倒入盘里,加入菊花花朵和枸杞子做装饰。
5.  待凉后,收入冰箱。


15g of dried yellow chrysanthemum flowers – soaked & washed clean
a small amount of wolf berries
½ pkt of cane sugar – add more if you want it sweeter
2500ml of water

2 teaspoon of agar agar powder

Preparation:

1. Boil 1250ml water in a pot on medium heat, when the water boils, add in the dried chrysanthemum flowers boils for 15minutes ,  add in wolf berries and boils for another 3 minuutes
2. Sieved out the flowers and wolf berries. Add in cane sugar and boil for a while.

3. Dissolve the agar agar powder with 3 tbsp of water and add to the chrysanthemum tea. Boil over low heat until the agar agar powder has totally dissolved.

4. Pour into pan and decorate with chrysanthemum flowers and wolf berries . When it is cool, put into the fridge to set the jellies.
