Steamed Traditional sponge cake 传统蒸鸡蛋糕

传统蒸鸡蛋糕,像花朵绽放开来,太美了!





我又再做这个鸡蛋糕来拜拜,加上红色点点,美美哦!嘻嘻。。。
这个鸡蛋糕,松松软软的口感,配上咖啡,真是享受极了!

材料:

3个鸡蛋
220克糖
300克面粉
200毫升F&N橙色

方法:
1.大火烧热蒸锅。
2.用高速把鸡蛋和糖,打到蓬松。
3.分三次把面粉加入其次 F&N橙水,搅拌至混合均匀。
4.将面糊到入模具。用小刀刮十字,然后洒一些糖。让其静置10分钟 (这样蛋糕做出来就更细腻)。
5.蒸蛋糕大约35分钟。蒸好蛋糕之前,不要打开蒸笼盖子。
6.蒸好后,让蛋糕在蒸笼至少1分钟,然后才打开盖子。从蒸笼拿蛋蛋糕出来。让蛋糕在模具中冷却一段时间。

Ingredients:

3   eggs 
220g sugar 
300g flour
200ml F&N orange

Method:
1. Heat the steamer with high heat.
2. With high speed, cream eggs and sugar until thick and fluffy.
3. Add flour followed by F&N orange in three portion and stir until well blended. 
4. Fill the batter until it came almost up to the rim of the pan. Use a knife cut a cross on the better and sprinkle some sugar on it. Set aside for 10 mins.
5. Steam the cakes in steamer for 35 minutes. Do not open the steamer's lid before the cakes are done. 
6. After steaming, leave the cakes in the steamer for at least 1 min before open the lid. Take the cakes out from the steamer. Let them cool down for a while before releasing them from the molds.
