客家喜板




我和女儿都喜欢吃喜板。今年新年哪里可以少了它呢,所以我做了一些来拜拜咯!成功啦!^^

材料:

面粉 150g
糯米粉 125g
糖 80
即溶哮母 1/4tsp + 1/2tsp
清水 200g 加入粉红色素几滴
栗米油 15g


做法:

全部材料搅拌均匀, 水慢慢放, 看面粉吸水程度而定, 面粉能成团后就停至放水。 然后把粉团分成55g, 放好发哮30分钟, 水滚蒸15分钟。熄火,锅盖打开一个小缝大概15分钟,才小心开盖取出。


Ingredients:

Flour 150g
Glutinous rice flour 125g
Sugar 80g
Instant yeast 1/4tsp + 1/2tsp
water 180g add in a few drops of pink coloring
Corn Oil 15g


Method:

Mix all the materials, slowly add in the water, kneat the dough until you get a soft dough. Then devide the dough into 58g each, and let it rest for 30 minutes. Boil the water and steam for 15 minutes. Turn off,  open the lid a small gap about 15 minutes before carefully opening the lid.
