HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY to my pretty girl~~Rachel. Actually, I wanted to make Red Velvet cake for her, but I was in a hurry while I was making this cake and I forgot to put a piece of baking paper on the baking pan.....so when I tried to remove the cake from the pan.....it broke.....oops!!!
So I just took a flat layer of the red velvet cake and topped with a layer of cheese mouse and a layer of jello for the topping. I decorated it with lychee. 😘
