Pumpkin Cheesecake

I like Pumpkin cheese cake. How about you? ^^ I baked this pumpkin cheese cake two days ago....




Pumpkin Cheesecake

Ingredients:

50g butter
140g cream cheese
75g castor sugar
2 eggs
50g Cake flour 
1 tbsp corn floor 
1tsp  cinnamon powder

150g whipped cream
80g pumpkin puree

Method:
1. Cream butter, cream cheese and 35g sugar together till creamy.
2.  Add in eggs one at a time, beat well after each addition to prevent curdling.

3. Fold in pumpkin puree.
4. Cake floor, corn floor & cinnamon powder sifted together.
5. Fold in sifted flour .
6. Beat whipped cream till stiff.

7. Mix one small portion into cheese mixtures and stir well, then pour into beaten whipped cream and mix well. 
8. Pour mixture into a 8" square tin and bake in preheated oven at 180C for about 45 mins (water bath baked). or until cooked.
9. Remove from oven and leave to cool on the wire rack before refrigerating.
