Pumpkin Loaf

Initially, I thought of making pumpkin cinnamon buns, but I didn't have any cinnamon powder in the house, so I made this pumpkin loaf instead. ^^ This pumpkin loaf is not very fluffy type but its soft even keep it till the next day. I love pumpkin based snacks. How about you?? ^^

Ingredients:
500g   bread flour
2 tsp    instant dried yeast
2tbp     caster sugar
350g     mashed pumpkin
1/2tsp   salt
2tbp      butter

Method:

1) Put all ingredients (except for butter) in a mixer and knead for 10 minutes.  Add butter and knead for another 5 minutes till a smooth dough is formed.  Cover and let it rest for about 45 minutes, or till it doubled in size.

2) Punch out air and divide the dough 3 portion.  Round up each of the dough and place on baking tray and leave a small gap in between for the dough to expand.  Let the dough rest for another 45 minutes.

3) Brush some melted butter on the loaf and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.Bake in preheated oven of 175C for 30 minutes.  Brush a thin layer of melted butter on the buns and transfer to rack to cool completely.

Enjoy Baking!
