Pumpkin Donuts 金瓜甜甜圈 (1)


金瓜甜甜圈~~我爱!我家三个瓜都爱!连家婆也爱!哈哈。。。

金瓜甜甜圈

材料:
高筋粉 250g
奶粉  20g (因为没有奶粉,我改用蛋黄粉20g)
酵母  4g
金瓜泥 80g 
细糖  30g
奶油  30g
盐   少许
鲜奶      110g

装饰:细糖

做法:
1. 将全部材料(除奶油外)揉成团。
2. 再加入奶油,揉至扩展阶段。
3. 发酵25分钟。
4. 滚开,用模型整成甜甜圈造型。
5. 最后再发酵10分钟。
6. 下锅炸至金黄,取出,趁还没冷却快速沾上细糖即可。

昨天做的金瓜甜甜圈,今天还是那么好吃,还是一样软QQ的。

Pumpkin donuts 

Ingredients: 
Bread flour 250g 
Milk powder 20g (because there is no milk powder, I replaced it with custard powder 20g) 
Instant dried yeast 4g 
Pumpkin puree 80g 
Caster sugar    30g 
butter    30g
Pinch of salt 
Milk    110g 

Decoration: caster sugar 

Method: 

1 Mix all the ingredients (except butter) and knead for 10minutes.. 

2 Add in butter,and continue kneading until you get a soft and smooth dough.

3 Proofing for 25 minutes. 

4 Roll out the dough, with the donut mould cut into a donut shape. 

5 Lastly, 10 minutes proofing. 

6 Fry the donuts in the pan/wok until golden, remove from pan and coated with sugar before the donuts cool completly.
