It’s perfect! Not too creamy cheesy and FULL of Oreos. It's easy to make. A simple and straight forward list of ingredients that basically just get combined and thrown in a pan. No oven involved. Yeah!!
This cake without using gelatin powder so the texture is a bit soft. My little boy likes it. He said if the cake added gelatin powder taste like a jelly cake. Hahaha....
Recommendation: Put into freezer frozen, taste like eating ice cream! Woolala.... 😘
Ingredients
Crust:
10pcs Oreo (Crushed into crumbs)
50g butter, melted
Filling:
100g cream cheese, room temperature
3 tbsp confectioners sugar
1 tsp vanilla
250g whipped cream
4pcs Oreo (Crushed into crumbs)
100g whipped cream( for topping), optional
additional Oreo crumbs for the top, optional
Instructions:
1. Combine Oreo crumbs (for crust) with melted butter.
2. Press into the bottom of a 7 inch springform pan. Set in refrigerator to firm.
3. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together in a large bowl until smooth and well combined.
4. Whip the whipped cream till soft pick.
5. Gently stir in whipped cream into cream cheese batter.
6. Add Oreo crumbs gently mix until well combined.
7. Pour filling into crust and smooth the top.
8. Whipp 100g whipped cream till stiff, pour on top of cream cheese.
9. Top with additional Oreo crumbs, if desired.
10. Refrigerate for about 4 hours or until firm.
