Portuguese egg tarts (葡式蛋挞)

Today is Labour day. Since I've frozen puff pastry skin in the fridge, so I decided to make these Portuguese tarts for our snack today.  I don't fancy  these Portuguese tart....too sweet for my liking!!



Portuguese egg tarts (葡式蛋挞)

Ingredients:

Skin: 
(kawan puff) a pack 

Filling: 
2            eggs
130ml     milk
45g        caster sugar 
1/2 tsp   custard powder (optional)
Mix well &  filtered. 

Method:
Pressed  the puff skin onto  tart mold, remove excess.Prick holes with a fork a few times. Pour the egg mixture. Bake at 150 degrees for 25 minutes. 

材料:
皮料:
kawan puff 一包

馅料:
蛋  两粒
牛奶  130ml
幼糖  45gm
蛋黄粉可加入半茶匙,搅拌过滤。

做法:
皮压进蛋挞膜才去掉多余的边,用叉插几下留小孔,倒入蛋液,用150度烤25分钟。烤箱每个热情度不同,自己拿捏〜
