米香橙番薯发糕 (Sweet Potato Fatt Koh)


第一次用了冷饭做的发糕。口感是比较润湿、超软、有点米香。我用橙色番薯代替了金瓜做这发糕。看到它们发的那么美,好像在对着我笑,好开心!很有满足感。谢谢那位妈妈的无私分享。我会带这个发糕去祭拜我的妈妈和家公。食谱如下:

           
                                                                                                                

First time made this Fatt koh with cold rice. The taste is relatively moist, super-soft, a bit of rice taste. I used orange sweet potato instead of pumpkin to make this Fatt Koh. The Fatt Koh rose well and looked as laughing at me, I'm so happy and great satisfaction. I'll take this Fatt Kah to worship my mom and father in law.Recipe below:


Ingredients:

150g   Pumpkin( I used sweet potato) 
130g     sugar
75g     cold rice
260g    rice flour
1 packet of  Eno  
300ml     water
Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients except rice flour & Eno in a blander. Fold in sifted rice flour in two batches. Lastly, add in the Eno and mix well. Pour into paper cups.
2.Steamed in a preheated steamer and steam for 20 minutes.
