Whipped cream cake 鲜奶油蛋糕



This cake tasted lighter than butter cake, soft and moist. It's like haft sponge cake half butter cake, we like it!! ^^


Whipped cream cake鲜奶油蛋糕

Ingredients:

225g    Cake flour
2tsp     Baking powder
3/4tsp Salt
350g   Wipping cream
1 tsp    Vanilla Essence
3          Eggs(A)
200g   Sugar(If you like it sweeter, can add more to 225g-230g)


Method:
  1. Beat eggs, sugar  and vanilla essence until combined, set aside.
  2. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Set aside.
  3. Beat whipping cream on low speed, gradually increasing the speed to medium high as it thickens. Beat until stiff peaks.
  4. Gradually beat in the eggs mixture.
  5. Remove the mixture from the mixer.
  6. Fold in the flour in two batches.
  7. Pour into a bundt pan  and bake at 160C (fan) for about 45 mins or 180C for 35mins or until cooked.
