This cake tasted lighter than butter cake, soft and moist. It's like haft sponge cake half butter cake, we like it!! ^^
Whipped cream cake鲜奶油蛋糕
Ingredients:
225g Cake flour
2tsp Baking powder
3/4tsp Salt
350g Wipping cream
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
3 Eggs(A)
200g Sugar(If you like it sweeter, can add more to 225g-230g)

Method:
- Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla essence until combined, set aside.
- Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Set aside.
- Beat whipping cream on low speed, gradually increasing the speed to medium high as it thickens. Beat until stiff peaks.
- Gradually beat in the eggs mixture.
- Remove the mixture from the mixer.
- Fold in the flour in two batches.
- Pour into a bundt pan and bake at 160C (fan) for about 45 mins or 180C for 35mins or until cooked.
