香辣蜜汁烤鸡翅~~Spicy Honey Glazed Baked Chicken Wings

I made these Baked Chicken Wings for potluck today.  I marinate these wings over one night! I bet you alll will like these baked chicken wings because no greasy frying mess to clean up! ^^

Everyone brought something to the potluck! It was fun to have this kind of gathering where we can taste the homemade food & have freedom to chat & laugh! ^^

Ingredients:

15-22 chicken wings pieces

Marinate:

1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper ( I used Chili coarse)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp all seasoning powder

Glaze:

2 tbsp honey + 1 tbsp hot water – mix well

Method:

1. Clean the wings and pat it dry with paper towel. Mix all the ingredients for marinate together. Add in the wings, mix well and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. If you have the time you can let them marinate overnight.

2. Heat the oven to 180C. Line the baking sheet with aluminum foil. Arrange the wings on the baking sheet and bake it for 40 minutes, turning the wings once half way through the baking time.

3. Once it done, brush it with the honey glaze on both sides and let it continue to bake until golden brown and done.

4. Serve warm or at room temperature.
