万用葱油


喜欢爆香姜末的香味,加上青葱,更香啊!

做法:
1. 热油后,倒入姜末,爆出香气后熄火。
2. 将青葱倒入姜油锅中,利用油的馀热将葱泡熟,最后加入盐调味。
3. 待葱油完全凉透后,装入容器中,放入冰箱冷藏即可。


Method:

Heat oil, saute ginger, off the flame, add in chopped spring onion in the hot ginger oil and add in some salt. Let it cool completely before store in the fridge.

我也顺便做了万用葱头油。^^
