芋头年糕蛋(Taro nian gao balls)

从小就爱吃炸年糕,尤其是那种配合番薯和芋头的炸年糕,是我的最爱。如今,好多网友都用了不同的方法来做。我也不例外。

~芋头年糕蛋~
材料:
芋头-中型(蒸熟,压烂)
糯米粉-半杯
粘米粉-1汤匙
幼糖-1汤匙
嫩椰丝-1杯(也可以加入半粒的嫩椰丝)或不加入。
水-(需要才加) 
年糕-切粒

做法:

1。把全部材料搓均匀,弄成小面团。

2。把年糕包在芋头面团里,搓圆。

3。芋头年糕蛋在盘子里沾上少许粘米粉。

4。热油炸至熟即可。(记得用小火炸哦!)

~Taro nian gao balls~

Ingredients: 
Taro - Medium size (steamed, crushed) 
Glutinous rice flour - ½ cup 
Rce flour - 1tbp
Caster sugar - 1tbp
Grated young coconut -1 cup (you can also add half grated young coconut)- Optional
Water - ( if needed ) 
nian gao - diced 

Method: 

1. All ingredients mix evenly and form into a dough. 
2. The nian gao wrapped in taro dough & rounded.
3. Taro nian gao balls coated with a little rice flour. 
4. Heat oil and  frying until cooked. (Remember low heat fried Oh!)
