Seaweed Crisps(Crispy Seaweed )

 My kids love to eat these seaweed crisps.  <3

Ingredients:
1 packet  popiah skin
1 packet  seaweed
1 or 2 egg whites

Method:
1. Spread the egg white on top of one popiah skin.
2. put one slice of seaweed on top the popiah skin.
3. Cut into the desire shape you want!
4. Heat the oil in the wok, fry the popiah skin on medium low heat, once it turn slight orange colour, dish out.
5.Put on top of the kitchen paper to absorb the excess oil.
6. Cooled and store in the container ( You may sprinkle some salt ).
