German Cookies 德式酥饼

Ahaaa...... Chinese New Year is around the corner...  a lot of bloggers  have posted up their cookies....Hmmm...I better to start making my cookies too!! ^^ This is the first  cookies  to share......^^These piped cookies are also commonly known as Melting Moments. As the name implies, they literally melts in your mouth. :)


German Cookies 德式酥饼 

Ingredients :
250g butter, soften at room temperature
80g icing sugar, sifted
250g potato starch
100g cake flour
1tsp green tea powder
1tsp cocoa powder

Method:

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat butter and icing sugar till light and fluffy. 
  2. Sift in potato starch and cake flour. With a spatula, mix to form a soft dough. Take 1/4 dough mix with green tea powder and 1/4 dough mix with cocoa powder.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a piping bag fitted with a large star-shaped piping nozzle. Pipe into the required shapes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Space the shapes well apart.Put a chocolate chip on top of each cookies.
  4. Bake in preheated oven at 170 C for 15 -20 mins.


德国酥饼

材料:

A:牛油        250g  ,糖粉 80g

B:  马铃薯粉 250g   面粉 100g  

C:  绿茶粉     1tsp, 可可粉1tsp


  1. 把牛油和过筛的糖粉用搅拌机搅匀。
  2. 加入马铃薯粉, 面粉拌匀成面团。把
  3. 面团的1/4加入绿茶粉, 另外1/4加入可可粉, 拌匀成团。
  4. 将面糊放入挤花模具内,挤出花型饼干。
  5. 放进预热170'C 的烤箱烤15-20 分钟。
