Crispy Baked Cod Fish Strips(香脆鳕鱼丝紫菜卷)


看到大家对它赞不绝口, 吃过的都举起拇指说好, 我当然也不让自己错过。这个小零食真的不错, 脆脆的,吃了会停不了口!

我做这个时,忘了修剪尾部,所以当存放进去罐子时蛮不容易,因为容易碎了。


Crispy Baked Cod Fish Strips

  •  200g Cod fish strips
  • 8 pack Nori Seaweed 
  1. Cut the nori seaweed into 7 strips.
  2. Fold 4 cod fish strips together into half. Brush a strip of nori seaweed with egg white and roll it over the cod fish strips at one end.
  3. Bake at preheated oven 140C for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Leave them to cool and store into an airtight container.
香脆鳕鱼丝紫菜卷
  • 200克 鳕鱼丝 
  • 紫菜 (一大包装里有八小包) 
  1. 拿出一片紫菜剪出七条,备用。
  2. 拿出4条鳕鱼丝,折成半。拿一条紫菜抹上蛋白,券在鳕鱼丝上。 
  3. 放入预热烤箱,用140度烤8-10分钟至金黄色即可。
