Almond Cookies杏仁酥

These are  my second cookies to share....^^ A simple to make cookies yet yummy!!^^

Almond Cookies杏仁酥

Ingredients:
150 g ground almonds
230 g  plain flour
150 g caster sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
150 ml. cornoil or sunflower oil
1 egg yolk for glazing

Method:
(1) Combine all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl and mix into a dough.

(2) Roll small dough of about 7 gm. each and arrange on baking tray.

(3) Brush with egg yolks and bake at 180C for about 15- 20 mins. or till lightly browned.
