Hubby asked for this tomato quiche for breakfast.......well, all my family members like to eat quiche....I'm definitely happy to make it again!! ^^
The recipe can refer to my previous Tomato quiche's recipe.^^ It just a slightly different with the fillings!!
Oops!! A bit different from the picture above......I used 4 eggs(last minute added in) and whipped cream instead of fresh milk.

Cheesy Tomato Quiche
Pie Crust :
300g plain flour
1/3 tsp salt
150g butter, very cold
100ml cold water
Fillings :
1 packet bacon slices
2 Tomato (sliced)
200g Cheddar Cheese (grated)
Some dried parsley
4 Eggs(slightly beaten)
200g Milk/whipped cream
1 tsp Mix spices
pinch of salt & pepper
