I noticed that the bananas are sitting on my dinning table until their skin started turn black.....well, it's better I used them before I throw them away.
This is indeed a very soft & moist banana cake. The aroma of bananas is heavenly when my cake is baking in the oven. Definitely a good recipe to keep...^^
Ingredients
150g eggs(about 3 eggs)~
150g sugar ( 100g white sugar & 50g brown sugar)
230g banana (mashed)
150g plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
100g corn oil
1 Tsp vanilla essence/ banana essence
Method
1. Sieve flour, baking powder & baking soda together twice & set aside.
2. Whisk eggs, sugar,vanilla essence & bananas till ribbon stage.
3. Fold in sifted flour & mix well.
4. Add in oil & mix well.
5. Pour the batter into baking tin(20cm) .
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40mins.
材料:
蛋 150g (3 个)
砂糖 150g (100g 白砂糖,50g红糖)
香蕉泥 230g
面粉 150g
苏打粉 1/4 小匙
发粉 1/2小匙
粟米油/花生油 100g
香蕉香精/香草香精 1小匙
做法:
1)将面粉、苏打粉和发粉过筛两次,置放一边。
2)将蛋、糖和香蕉泥打至鬆发。
3)加入筛过的粉类继续打至均匀。
4)将油加入打至均匀。
5)将打好的面糊倒入烤盘里。
6)放入预热烤箱,以180°烘40分钟即可。
