黄梨酥(Pineapple Tarts)

这是2013年2月的新年饼,我的小婶她说要黄梨酥食谱,现在才发布上来,是迟了些,但还是分享了啦!嘻嘻!

过年怎么可以少了旺旺发财的黄梨酥呢?有没有心痒痒的想把金条搬回家啊!我喜欢弄这款金条卷,黄岑岑的很诱人。虽然挤花比包料的比较需要花很多时间,但我就是喜欢金条卷!呵呵!😘

黄梨酥
饼皮:
牛油 250g
面粉 360g
蛋黄粉 20g
糖粉 50g
蛋黄 1粒

蛋黄液:
蛋黄 1粒
水 1/2tbsp
盐 1/4tsp
混合均匀,备用。

做法:
1. 牛油加糖粉打发,分数次加入蛋黄拌匀。

2. 加入粉类拌成团即可。

3. 取一小部份面团放入黄梨酥模具内,挤出条状。放上一颗黄梨馅,卷起。切除多余的饼皮。

4. 表面涂上蛋黄液,放入预热烤箱以180°烘20—25分钟或至金黄色。

*黄梨馅料我是在烘焙店买现成的。

Ingredients for Pastry:
250g  butter 
360g flour
20g custard powder
50g icing sugar
1 egg yolk

Egg glaze:1 egg yolk, lightly beaten with 1/4tsp salt & 1/2tbp water.

Method:
1. Cream butter and and sugar in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
2. Add egg yolk and beat well.
3. Add in Sifted flour,custard powder mixture into the butter until it form a smooth dough.4. Roll out the dough  with a pineapple tart mould. Fill the pineapple jam and roll up. Glaze evenly with egg mixture.
6. Bake the tarts in a pre-heated 350 degree F until golden brown. This might take about 20 - 25 mintues. Cool tarts on rack before storing it.

* I used store bought pineapple jam.
