That morning I went to market and bought this Grouper and I had planed to steam this fish for dinner. I intended to make Teochew steamed fish (朝洲蒸鱼)but i do not have salted vegetables(咸菜) so, I used shichuan (四川菜) preserved vegetables and I used silken tofu instead of the normal type tofu.
Tada , the result turned out as good as the original type of Teochew steamed fish. ^ ^
