Matcha Swiss Roll With red bean paste & whipped cream

I baked this Matcha swiss roll to finish up the balance whipped cream from  the black sesame cake i made few days ago. I added some red bean paste which  is a good combination for the Matcha swiss roll.





Matcha Swiss Roll With red bean paste & whipped cream

Ingredients :
20g   Unsalted butter   
36g    Flour
64g    Egg yolk
20g    Fine sugar
2tsp    Matcha powder
96g     Egg white
48g     Fine sugar
140g   Whipped cream + 20g sugar

Method  :
1. Melt the butter over dubble boiling water.

2. Add in the 20g sugar into the melted butter & cream it untill creamy. Add in egg yolks and beat well.

3. Add in sifted matcha powder into (2).

4. Cream the egg white with 40g sugar till stiff  peaks formed .

6. Fold in sifted flour in 3 batches into (5).

5. Take out 1/3 beaten egg whites into (3), mix well, blend well with the balance egg whites with a spatula.

7. Pour the batter onto a lined try.

8. Baked in the preheated oven @ 180℃ for 13-15minutes..
