Easy Shepherd's Pie

At the last minute, I decided to make this easy shepherd's pie for our dinner.
Well, this recipe asked for minced meat ( lamb or beef), but I don't have any of these ingredients in my refrigerator... I used black pepper sausages instead . ^ ^  And I also don't have mixed vegetables (corns, peas & carrots) in the fridge, so  I used cauliflower, celery and carrot to make this shepherd pie. To make this pie, vegetable choices is up to your personal taste. You can use broccoli, french beans or any vegetables if you have it in the refrigerator.  ^ ^
