Black Sesame Muffins


Since I still have some balance of black sesame in the fridge, I quickly started to make these simple muffins while the shepherd pie is baking in the oven. The textures of the muffins is soft & yummy ! ^ ^


Ingredients :


2        Grad A eggs
90g    Sugar
90g    All purpose flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
35g     Black sesame powder
90g    Corn oil


Method :
1. Beat the eggs & sugar till  creamy.
2. Add in shifted flour & baking powder & mix well.
3. Add in black sesame powder & mix well.
4. Lastly, add in the corn oil & mix well.
5. Scoop the batter into the muffin paper cups, bake at 160c for 25 minutes or until cooked.
