Since I have some passion fruit, so I decided to make this sweet and sour passion fruit butter cake. Hmmm .... you would not feel any burden or greasy after eating it .......^^ Hope you will like it too !!! ^ ^
Ingredients :
100g Self raising flour
80g Sugar
100g butter
2 eggs
80g Passion fruit with juice
Method :
1. Cream the egg white with 60g sugar until peak form
2. Cream the butter with the remaining sugar until creamy, add in the egg yolks one by one
3. Fold in the flour,then add in the passion fruit and juice
4. Mix in 1/3 of the egg white batter into the egg yolks batter and mix well
5. Then add in the remaining egg white batter in 2 batches
6. Pour into the cake tin & bake for 40 mins.
