This Moon cookies is my hometown~Gemas, one of the famous cookies. A lot of people will buy it whenever Chinese New Year is around. 😘 A friend asked me about this moon cookies recipe... So, I made a small batch of this cookies just to satisfy my craving too.😊 这个月亮饼干是我的家乡〜金马士, 著名的饼干之一。每当农历新年临近时，很多人都会买它来吃。一位朋友向我询问这个月饼的食谱...所以，我也做了一小批月亮饼来满足我的味蕾。 "Moon cookies"月亮饼 Ingredients: Butter/Planta(Margarine) 牛油 125g All Purpose Flour 中筋面粉 150g Corn Flour /Tapioca flour 玉米粉/木薯粉 165g Powdered Sugar 糖粉 65g-75g Egg Yolk 蛋黄 1颗 Egg wash: egg yolk 蛋黄 1 颗 water 水 1 tsp A pinch of Salt 盐一小撮 Directions: 1. 今天尝试做了这个手撕香葱肉松面包，不错吃哦！😉 ☝将面包四片重叠，然后，打横放进烤盘里。重复同样的步骤，直到弄完为止。 ☝香喷喷的面包出炉啦！香葱肉松手撕面包 Scallion meat floss buns 材料面团材料：高筋面粉250克中筋面粉50克盐5克干酵母3.5克鸡蛋1个（50克）糖7克水150克橄榄油30克配料：肉松适量，香葱适量，蛋黄酱适量做法： 1.把酵母加入水里，静置一旁。 2.将面粉，糖，盐，糖粉和酵母混合物在搅拌机中混合，揉约5分钟。 3.将面团静置15分钟。 4.加入油或黄油，然后继续揉面团10-15分钟。 5.将其滚动成一个球。放入一个抹了油的碗中，盖上保鲜膜。让它发酵大约1小时，直到发酵一倍或两倍大的体积。 6.转移到撒了面粉的桌面。排气并将面团擀成方型。 7. 刷上薄薄的蛋黄酱，撒上一些肉松和香葱，切成方块，切面朝上叠放，四个面团方块叠放一起，放入烤馍，剩下的面团也如同这样做。 8.用保鲜膜盖好并发酵，直到增加一倍大，大约45分钟。 9.在发酵结束前约5至10分钟，将烤箱预热至170°C。 10. 烘烤20 -25分钟或直到变金黄。 11.从烤箱中取出，然后将其倒出，放在架上纳凉食谱来自：幸福de眼泪祝烘培愉快！
