Moon Cookies 月亮饼

This Moon cookies is my hometown~Gemas, one of the famous cookies. A lot of people will buy it whenever Chinese New Year is around. 😘 A friend asked me about this moon cookies recipe... So, I made a small batch of this cookies just to satisfy my craving too.😊 这个月亮饼干是我的家乡〜金马士, 著名的饼干之一。每当农历新年临近时，很多人都会买它来吃。一位朋友向我询问这个月饼的食谱...所以，我也做了一小批月亮饼来满足我的味蕾。 "Moon cookies"月亮饼 Ingredients: Butter/Planta(Margarine) 牛油 125g All Purpose Flour 中筋面粉 150g Corn Flour /Tapioca flour 玉米粉/木薯粉 165g Powdered Sugar 糖粉 65g-75g Egg Yolk 蛋黄 1颗 Egg wash: egg yolk 蛋黄 1 颗 water 水 1 tsp A pinch of Salt 盐一小撮 Directions: 1. Beat butter and sugar till fluffy, add in egg yolk and continue to beat. Add in both flour and mix till well combine. 2. Roll out the dough and cut out in moon shaped. 今天尝试做了这个手撕香葱肉松面包，不错吃哦！😉 ☝将面包四片重叠，然后，打横放进烤盘里。重复同样的步骤，直到弄完为止。 ☝香喷喷的面包出炉啦！香葱肉松手撕面包 Scallion meat floss buns 材料面团材料：高筋面粉250克中筋面粉50克盐5克干酵母3.5克鸡蛋1个（50克）糖7克水150克橄榄油30克配料：肉松适量，香葱适量，蛋黄酱适量做法： 1.把酵母加入水里，静置一旁。 2.将面粉，糖，盐，糖粉和酵母混合物在搅拌机中混合，揉约5分钟。 3.将面团静置15分钟。 4.加入油或黄油，然后继续揉面团10-15分钟。 5.将其滚动成一个球。放入一个抹了油的碗中，盖上保鲜膜。让它发酵大约1小时，直到发酵一倍或两倍大的体积。 6.转移到撒了面粉的桌面。排气并将面团擀成方型。 7. 刷上薄薄的蛋黄酱，撒上一些肉松和香葱，切成方块，切面朝上叠放，四个面团方块叠放一起，放入烤馍，剩下的面团也如同这样做。 8.用保鲜膜盖好并发酵，直到增加一倍大，大约45分钟。 9.在发酵结束前约5至10分钟，将烤箱预热至170°C。 10. 烘烤20 -25分钟或直到变金黄。 11.从烤箱中取出，然后将其倒出，放在架上纳凉食谱来自：幸福de眼泪祝烘培愉快！
