Chocolate Mint Zebra Cake

This cake is moist & soft. My family loved it.This cake goes well with a cup of coffee / milo.

Chocolate Mint Zebra Cake

4 large eggs
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of milk
1 cup of vegetable oil
1/3 tsp vanilla
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp of baking powder
2 tbp of dark cocoa powder
1 tbp of mint essence

Method:
1. Beat eggs & sugar till light .Then add in milk , oil & vanilla beat well.Sift flour & baking powder together.Then add in the eggs mixture & beat well.Divide mixture into two equal portion.Mix one portion with mint essence & the other portion mix with cocoa powder.

2. Zebra pattern: scoop 3 tbp of cocoa misture into the pan then follow with 3 tbp of mint mixture.Continue doing this until finish all the batter.

3. Bake in preheated oven at 180'c for 40 minutes.
