Rosemarry Focaccia 迷迭香佛卡夏

I love to eat Focaccia bread. Focaccia Bread recipe  is simple  to make.

Rosemary....woooo ...my house was filled of the herbs aroma when the bread was baking in the oven. The fragrance of herbs was fantastic ! We liked it very much. Next time, I'll make a filled Focaccia bread with ham , mozzarella cheese & fresh basil as filling. It must be yummy and filling  too ! 😘



Rosemarry Focaccia 迷迭香佛卡夏

Ingredients :

300g bread flour
10g sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon yeast
170g water
10g olive oil
Onion, sliced
Garlic, sliced
Oregano and rosemarry
Cheddar cheese

Methods :

1. Mix all the ingredients together then gradually add in the olive oil and continue the kneading process until it become a smooth dough (You don't have to knead  too long for the dough ). Let it proof for 10 minutes.

2. After 10 minutes of resting, do the folding method to the dough into rectangular shape. Let it proof for 20 minutes. Repeat the process 3X.

3. Pour enough olive oil on the pan and put the dough on it. Proof for 1 hour -1.5 hours.

4. Sprinkle some oil onto dough then put the onion, garlic, cheddar cheese and some herbs. 

5. Bake at 190'C preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown with a crusty texture. 


2nd Recipe: ( No knead method)
Ingredients (2x  20cm square frame)
480-500g     Water
5g         Dry yeast
500g     Bread flour
10g       Sugar
8g         Salt 
40g -60g   Olive oil
Cherry tomatoes, olives, coarse salt, dried rosemary

Method:
1. Dissolve dry yeast in warm water.

2. Put the ingredients for the dough together, except for the oil, and make a lump.

3. When the dough comes together to some extent, add oil and mix

4. Ferment at room temperature. [30 minutes]

5. After folding the dough, let it ferment at room temperature [30 minutes] X Repeat 3 times
(If the indoor temperature is high in summer, ferment for 20 minutes)

6. Fold the dough once more on all sides.

7. Pour enough olive oil on the pan and put the dough on it.

8. Final fermentation at room temperature for approximately 30 minutes -1 hour .

9. Pour some olive oil on top of the dough , use your fingers to press the dough down to the bottom to make small holes. Add some salt and toppings of your choice.

10. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
