This was my first attempt using this " Singlong" brand instant rendang mix to cook chicken.As you can see the colour of the rendang chicken was not as red as the picture shown on the packet.This dish is not so spicy ! I used half of the whole chicken to cook this rendang dish.So,another half of the chicken i cook with fresh mushroom in oyster sauce.Beside these two types of chicken dish,a green also added to the meal. A simple baby choi sum in oyster sauce with fried garlic.
