Pork with fish paste gravy



This special gravy is very tasty . It is not very spicy & we like it. :))
Well , I don't have any fish nor vegetable in my refrigerator,so....i used pork to cook with this fish paste.This dish is delicious !


Ingredients :
300g  pork,  sliced & marinade with seasoning
1 yellow onion,sliced
3 shallots, sliced
3 cloves garlic,chopped finely
1 red chili , removed seed
1 tomato,cut in wedges
1/3 cup water
some oil


seasoning:
1 tsp light soy sauce
some salt
some sugar
some starch


Method :
1. Heat up some oil in the wok,fry the yellow onion till slightly soft,dish out & set aside.
2. Use the remaining oil fry the pork till just cooked,dish out & set aside.
3. Heat up 1 tbp of  oil ,fry the shallots & garlic till golden in colour,then add in fish paste & cook for 1 minute,add in pork,yellow onions,red chili & tomato wedges & stir fried. Add in water & stir fried, cover with a lid for 1 minute,dish out & serve.
