A refreshing dessert !!

I made this cooling drink a couple days ago. My MIL bought this packet drink from Taiwan. This is red dates & longan flavour jello drink. The taste is nice.My kids like it. I made some crystal jelly to eat with this drink..... hmmm.....nice & cooling !

This is the packet of red dates & longan concentrated cubes jelly. You just need to boil 300-500cc of water & add in 1 cube of  this concentrated cube.When the concentrated cube has completely melted , turn off the heat & let it cool completely before you store in the refrigerator . It will condense into jelly.What i did is... i added more  water into it and  boiled it like a runny soft jello drink. You can add in some cut jelly or can longan into it.The taste was nice & refreshing ! :))
