My kids are doughnuts craze...they love any frosted doughnuts coated with all kinds of toppings. :))

Ingredients:
(A)
130ml fresh milk
4 gm instant yeast
1 (60g) egg - Grade A
(B)
250 g high protein flour
50 g plain flour
20 g custard powder
4 g salt
35 g caster sugar
25 g butter
Method:
1. Mix ingredients A.
2. Place ingredients B in a electonic Food processor to blend.
3. Add ingredinets A, blend well until a soft dough is formed .(takes about 2 minutes )
4. Cover dough with a damp cloth, leave it and let it rise in a warm place for 20 minutes before cooling it in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
5. Flatten chilled dough to 1cm thick.Press with a doughnuts
mould .
Line them on a tray and leave them to prove for another 30 minutes.
6. Deep fry the doughnut rings in preheated oil until golden on both sides.
