Mocha Swiss Roll 摩卡蛋糕卷

Since I have all the ingredients, so I decided to make this cake roll for dessert.  The cake roll is fluffy and soft.

My daughter said this cake roll taste like tiramisu roll cake. Hahaha... well, it;s because I garnished the cake roll with cream cheese frosting. 😊

Mocha Swiss Roll  摩卡蛋糕卷 

材料:

鸡蛋  5pcs 

牛奶 90g

糖  55g

低粉 55g

玉米油   48g

柠檬汁  2g

咖啡粉  2g

巧克力粉 10g

咸摩卡奶油馅:

淡奶油 150g

咖啡粉  2g

巧克力粉  3g

糖 15g

盐  0.5g

烤盘尺寸：28*28cm

烤箱预热340°F(170°C）中层烤20分钟+1分钟上火
